Today, with the help of my friend Michelle, I tried to create a card that was inspired by a colour combination that I found on the blog, Moxie Fab World (
http://www.moxiefabworld.com/). I go to the blog regularly but have never been inspired until recently. I absolutely love the colour combination of the shoe and the pom pom. I selected the papers and stamp sets to be used and Michelle and I created this together. Thank you very much Michelle. Michelle was out of her comfort zone since she is not a fan of purple and the green is too close to old olive which she also does not like.
Recipe for the card:
Stamps - Delicate Doilies, You're a Gem
Papers - Whisper White, Lucky Limeade, and Concord Crush
Inks - Versa Mark, Lucky Limeade, and Concord Crush
Other - white and clear embossing powders, rhinestones
The card looks really good in person. The lucky limeade doilies are clear embossed and the sentiment is popped up with dimensionals. What don't you try to challenge yourself with this combination as well.
